Infrastructure

Security
A high level of security at the Business Centre is achieved through the automatic access control, round-the-clock physical security, video-surveillance of public areas in/round the buildings and on the adjacent territory.
Fire Safety
Continuous fire-safety monitoring is provided by an automatic fire alarm system.
Electric Power Supply
Two independent sources of power supply provide for the first category of reliability. To exclude possible outages, a diesel generator with the capacity of 1 MW is additionally installed.
IP and Telephony
Fibre-optic network, the ability to connect multiple providers, digital automatic telephone exchange, the number of telephone lines is not limited.
Air-Conditioning and Heating
The Business Centre is equipped with an automated life support system which keeps the indoor climate under full control. Constant temperature and humidity are maintained. Heating is supplied from the boiler facility right on the Complex.
Lifts
For the convenience of lessees there are three modern silent lifts operating in each of the buildings: two of the lifts with the capacity of 1000 kg and one lift with the capacity of 400 kg.
