Power Supply

We have two diesel generators, which allows us to supply electricity to Complex 1 and Complex 2 in the amount of up to 2,100 kW without interruption. We have established fuel supply and organized a 12,000 l fuel reserve, which allows us to operate autonomously for up to 110 h without replenishing fuel reserves.

In terms of power supply from the city power grid, there are two inputs on the 6 kV side, and remote monitoring of the power grid is available.

Shelters, Fire Protection and Warning Systems

The business center is provided with a sufficient number (about 1700 m2) of high-quality shelter rooms equipped with heating, water supply, fire extinguishing and warning systems, as well as bathrooms.
A 20 m3 supply of technical water has been organized.

Heating and Ventilation

The heating units are powered by an uninterruptible power supply system, with a projected battery life of up to 24 h.
An additional heat source in the business center is the ventilation system and air conditioning system.

Water Supply System

The business center has a 32 m3 backup water supply system and a backup pumping station.
The business center has three water inlets and the ability to switch between the two largest water supply systems in the city.

Personnel

Employees of the maintenance service of the Dominant Plaza business center have been trained in first aid and have practiced their skills in artificial lung ventilation.
